Remuneration of the CEO and the Board of Management in 2016
From the beginning of the year 2016 to the end of August 2016 Patria CEO was Mr Heikki Allonen and as of 15th of August Mr Olli Isotalo. In 2016, the total remuneration paid to Heikki Allonen amounted to EUR 506 288 (2015: EUR 511 131) including the base salary and fringe benefits such as company car and phone as well as short-term incentives based on earning period 2015 EUR 131 826 (2015: EUR 99 843) and long-term incentives (based on earning period 2015) EUR 96 038 (2015: EUR 51 109). The former President and CEO had a retirement arrangement. It was annually EUR 137,135 (EUR 137,135).Olli Isotalo was paid in total EUR 159 783 including base salary and fringe benefits such as company car and phone.
In 2016, the total remuneration paid to the other members of the management board amounted to EUR 1 507 938 (2015: EUR 1 334 319) including base salary and fringe benefits as well as short-term incentives (based on earning period 2015) EUR 306 131 (2015: EUR 214 299) and long-term incentives based on earning period 2015 EUR 150 382 (2015: EUR 79 188).
